Daisy try our utmost to provide great customer service and delivery service. 

 

We work in our studio in West London from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday so there will generally always be someone on the other end of the phone (0203 214 3175) if you have any questions about your order. 

 

 

DELIVERY

 

Daisy offers four delivery options. 

 

Free delivery (UK only 3-5 working days): This is sent Royal Mail recorded delivery and requires a signature at the delivery address, which means someone will have to be there. If there's no one there, then the postman will leave you a little red card that tells you where you can collect your parcel. You can request the tracking number from Daisy and we can see when this has been delivered. Daisy does not charge for this service.

 

Special Delivery (UK only 1-2 working days): This is sent Royal Mail Special delivery and requires a signature at the delivery address, which means someone will have to be there. If there's no one there, then the postman will leave you a little red card that tells you where you can collect your parcel. You can request a tracking number from Daisy and we can see where this parcel is all the way until it is delivered. If you would like your parcel to arrive Next Day, you must have your order in by 2pm. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched the next working day. Daisy charges £5.50 for this service.

 

Europe & R.O.I (3-7 working days): This is sent Royal Mail Airsure. You can request the tracking number from Daisy so we can check the progress along the way. Royal Mail work closely with international partners to ensure and maintain a high quality of service. Daisy charges £10 for this service.

 

Rest of World (3-7 working days): This is sent Royal Mail International Signed For and requires a signature at the delivery address, which means someone will have to be there. You can request a tracking number from Daisy and we can see where this parcel is all the way until it is delivered. The tracking service is only available for Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland. Daisy charges £12 for this service. 

 

There are a few things that can affect the delivery time guidelines that Daisy has no control over. These are:

 

- Weather conditions

- Royal Mail strikes

- Royal Mail Christmas delays

 

RETURNS

 

 

We hope you love your new Daisy items as much as we do, but if for some reason you are not happy with them (uh oh), you may return them within 28 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange for a different item. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include the invoice.

 

We recommend you send your returned item Royal Mail Special Delivery, that way you can track your parcel & if it gets lost coming back to us, we will have a better chance of finding it!

 

If you are returning your Daisy items because they are faulty, then Daisy will refund the postage paid.

 

If you are returning your Daisy item because you simply don't like it, then this makes us sad and we just can't refund you the postage!
