Daisy offers four delivery options.

Standard Delivery – FREE

Daisy offers free delivery on all purchases for delivery within the UK. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. All deliveries will be made by Royal Mail and cannot be tracked. Orders will need to be placed before 2pm to ensure dispatch on the day of ordering. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed at weekends, will be dispatched the following Monday.

Please note: Delivery lead times are likely to be extended over public holidays.
All parcels will be sent Recorded Royal Mail.
Your order can be delivered any time between 7am and 7pm, and a signature may be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card informing you of how to pick it up.

Next Day Delivery - £5.50

Daisy offers Next Day Delivery on all purchases for delivery within the UK.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will arrive the next working day.
Order placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will arrive 2 working days later.
Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday. A tracking number is available upon request.

International Delivery

Daisy offers International Delivery to anywhere in the world. Your order will be dispatched using the most suitable carrier. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of  £10.00 for Europe and R.O.I, and £12 for Rest of World. Any applicable import or customs, duties or chargers, will be charged once the parcel reaches the country of destination. We cannot control or predict what these charges may be as policies vary considerably between countries. May we advise you contact your local customs office, to clarify any potential charges.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country of destination, it will be passed to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you are not available when the parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions of how to collect your parcel.

Daisy Returns:

If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund, or to exchange for a different item.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition and all goods will be inspected on return.

Date of receipt will be deemed to be no later than three working days for standard delivery, two working days for Next Day Delivery, 5 working days for Europe & R.O.I and 10 working days for the Rest of World.

Returned items must include all packaging supplied and original invoice. We recommend that you return your item by Royal Mail special delivery for insurance purposes.

After we have received the goods, a decision will be made and we will contact you via email. All refunds will be made within 30 days.
