We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team in London. Working closely alongside the Digital & Ecommerce Manager and Senior Marketing Manager to develop and grow the Daisy ecommerce and email marketing channels.

ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Assist with the development of the ecommerce and email marketing channels including platform maintenance, reporting and testing to support wider channel growth.
  • Support the Ecommerce & Digital team in sourcing and creating assets for website and digital channels.
  • Assist the Online Visual Merchandiser in uploading imagery, copy and details via Ecommerce platform Shopify for all seasonal, promotional and collection campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of creative and copy across channels to ensure all content is displayed to the highest standard and inline with the brand vision.
  • Assist Online Visual Merchandiser in optimising all products, collections and landing pages
  • Structure and own competitor research, feeding back key learnings to all departments.
  • Working closely alongside the Digital & Ecommerce Manager and Senior Marketing Manager to develop and grow the Daisy ecommerce and email marketing channels.
  • Complete any ad hoc website and digital marketing tasks when required.
  • Assist the Digital & Ecommerce Manager with web development projects.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing team with email marketing campaigns, including ideation, creative, copy, testing and reporting.
  • At the direction Digital & Ecommerce Manager research new digital marketing platforms and apps to improve channel performance and conversion.
  • Together with the Digital team understand, review and action any key points from Customer Service.
  • Support the Digital team on SEO projects, including keyword research, blog ideas and copywriting.
  • Assist Influencer & Brand Executive and Operations team to coordinate and pack influencer gifting orders.
  • Work with the Social Media Manager to build our community across channels and improve engagement.
  • Support the Online Visual Merchandiser with content requirements and stock requests for shoots.

EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS:


  • A basic understanding of ecommerce & digital analytics preferred
  • Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms is a bonus
  • Basic understanding of Photoshop preferred (creating basic mockups and resizing images)
  • Ability to present and clearly articulate ideas to management
  • Experience or interest in direct to consumer businesses and digital marketing landscape
  • A a good understanding of of customer experience and expectations
