Returns

Daisy London are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas). Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 we have extended our returns policy. All UK orders can be returned within 45 days of purchase and all overseas orders can be returned within 60 days of purchase. Thank you for your continued support as we navigate these uncertain times together.

All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please complete and include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase so we can process your request swiftly.

We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of Daisy staff. Please note we might not email you upon receipt of your parcel, if you would like to confirm that your parcel has arrived to our offices, please check your tracking number on the parcel courier’s website.

If in the rare occasion your item is faulty, you can request a free returns postage slip by emailing returns@daisyjewellery.com. This only applies to UK orders. 

Returns are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. As soon as we’ve received and taken care of your return, we’ll email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers:

Credit Card:

Our bank will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items.

PayPal:

Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.

All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. If your item has been bought via a Daisy Gift Card we will issue you with a new credit note.

 

Exchange

If you require a different size or want to exchange what you’ve bought for another piece of jewellery, we are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas). To proceed with an exchange, simply fill out the slip that came with your parcel, tick the exchange box and state which item you’d like to swap it for. If the new item is more expensive, a member of our team will call you to take the additional payment and subsequently they’ll refund you your money if the item is of a lower value. We try to arrange exchanges and refunds as fast as we can but during busy periods, it can take up to two weeks.

Gift With Purchase 

Daisy may run promotions or put items on sale from time to time. If you received a complimentary gift with your purchase alongside a paid item, the free item must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.

 

Sale 

We understand that you might have purchased a product recently that has now been reduced in price. Unfortunately we cannot refund you the price difference if this occurs.
