THE JOB

We’re looking for a talented videographer and video editor to join our brilliant team to shoot and edit video content made at Daisy. The role sits within the marketing department and will work closely with everyone within it, as well as our Co-Founder & Creative Director.

This role requires strong video production and editing skills, a passion for visual-storytelling, and an eagerness to learn and develop within an exciting growing brand.

The position is perfect for someone who has +2 years experience as a videographer and video editor.


THE PERSON

  • A fantastic videographer, and video editor, with photography skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects & Cap Cut

  • Excellent understanding of videography principles, lighting techniques, audio recording, and sound mixing

  • A deep understanding of the different content platforms, their uses, and proven experience creating video content for all channels (YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, Podcasts, Pinterest, Ecomm)

  • An extensive portfolio showcasing a range of video projects

  • Familiar with the full range of equipment required for shooting video in different locations/circumstances

  • Demonstrates strong creativity and problem solving with exacting standards and an eye for detail

  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic, as well as a team player who loves a challenge

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills

  • Looking to develop within a fast paced creative team

  • One eye on the latest trends in videography, software and equipment

  • Experience in motion graphics, visual effects, Photoshop, and Capture One is a plus!


THE ROLE

  • Working closely with the Creative Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Head of Marketing you’ll be involved in the execution and editing of all video content for the brand. Varying from top-of-funnel brand awareness, all the way to social content

  • Responsible for shooting and editing multiple formats, cuts, and edits for all channels and platforms

  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing team to create and edit all video paid ads, ensuring they are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimised

  • Responsible for shooting, editing, and sound mixing all video content for Daisy’s brand podcast Homegrown Daisy - including full YouTube episodes plus supporting promotional videos for socials

  • An essential crew member on every Daisy shoot, capturing a variety of content from product detail videos and campaign shots to social first driven content

  • Part of a fun, fast-paced work environment, with multiple projects running at once while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity

  • Regularly presented with content learnings from channel owners and feedback from senior management and be able to consider these when revising or creating new content

  • Regular creative meetings in which the Videographer & Editor will be encouraged to bring new content ideas to catch people’s attention
