When is Black Friday?

Our Black Friday event begins towards the end of November. Sign up and you’ll be the first to know when it begins.

What is Black Friday?

Black Friday and Cyber Monday mark the biggest shopping moments of the year, a time to treat yourself or someone you love to something you’ve had your eye on. At Daisy, it’s our way of saying thank you with thoughtful savings across our jewellery collections, both classic and new.

Will any products be excluded?

We've heard a rumour that every single one of our collections will be included in the Black Friday event, including personalised pieces and bestsellers. Even the fine pieces will be on offer. Miss it, miss out.

Any changes to delivery and returns?

During our Black Friday period, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high demand, but we always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Our usual returns policy applies. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for full details and T&Cs.

Can I use other discounts during Black Friday?

Discount codes and promotions can’t be used alongside our Black Friday offer, but don’t worry, it’s our biggest and best sale of the year.

Will items go back to full price after Black Friday?

Yes, once the event ends, products will return to their usual prices. If there’s something you’ve been eyeing, now’s the time.

Do you still offer a warranty on Black Friday purchases?

We offer a two-year warranty on all of our jewellery pieces. Within this time, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing or material defects. If your item suffers a fault or breakage, please get in touch. Please note, our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or storage.

Each piece is designed to last well beyond the sale, made to be worn, loved, and kept.
