If you are looking to return your item, we are happy to either exchange or refund your order (excluding earrings) if returned within 30 days. Each order comes beautifully packaged with a soft drawstring pouch, white box and tissue paper, along with a gift bag. You can also select to have a gift note included at checkout, handwritten by our team in London especially for you.
We’re working on making our packaging 100% sustainable. Currently, almost everything can be recycled, just make sure you remove the magnet from our jewellery boxes. Or, be even more sustainable by re-using your box to store trinkets or as a desk tidy. Please note, due to hygiene reasons, our earrings have to be sent in a small plastic pouch.

If you’re looking to return your item, we’re happy to either exchange or refund pieces if returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
