24 Hours In Ibiza with Polly Sayer and Friends

If there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that magic doesn’t need much time — just the right people, a beautiful setting, and a little sparkle (great jewellery). We recently escaped to Ibiza for a quick but unforgettable 24 hours with our gal Polly Sayer and a brilliant group of women: Harlie Briggs, Karina Marriott, Ebony Francis, Anna Cascarina, Matilda Bea, and @Beatricerigby. The vibe? Pure summer bliss.

Lunch

After checking in, we headed straight to the poolside for a laid-back lunch. With plates of fresh, seasonal food and chilled rosé on hand, it was the perfect way to decompress, catch up and ease into the rhythm of island life.

Poolside Style & Slow Afternoons

Slipping into something a little more tan line-appropriate, we relaxed in the sun, paired with the new Polly Sayer collection — pieces designed for exactly this kind of moment. With a glass of rosé in hand and the Ibiza sun overhead, laughs echoed across the terrace as conversations drifted from fashion to travel plans and everything in between. Easy, effortless, and completely in the moment — it was the kind of afternoon that makes you wish time would slow down.

Dinner at Finca La Plaza

Dinner took us to Finca La Plaza in Santa Gertrudis, where we sat down to a beautifully curated three-course meal in their garden setting. With wine pairings chosen to complement every dish, it was a long, relaxed evening under the trees — one that perfectly captured the spirit of the trip.

A Restful Night & a Slow Morning

Back at Hotel Petunia, we settled into some of the most comfortable rooms we’ve stayed in. The next morning was slow and easy — coffee by the pool, a quiet breakfast, and a few last moments together before heading home. No rush, no pressure, just a final deep breath of Ibiza air.

It was a quick trip, but a memorable one — full of connection, inspiration, and a little sunshine to take with us.
