About the RJC

The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) unites over 2,000 companies across the global jewellery and watch supply chain — from mining to retail. Through its certification, standards, and collaborative initiatives, the RJC promotes ethical practices, transparency, and sustainability industry-wide. As the leading voice on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters, it drives progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals and meaningful change for people and the planet.

Meet Our Partners

INDIA

Our Jaipur partner factory employs over 500 people on fair contracts, offering above-minimum wages, bonuses, pensions, and social benefits. SMETA-audited, it ensures safe and hygienic conditions. Using 100% SCS-certified recycled silver and GEM-certified gemstones, the factory also generates 200,000 kWh of solar energy annually and operates a modern water treatment facility.

ITALY

Our Italian factory has been producing jewellery for over 38 years, working with Daisy for 13 and creating some of our most iconic pieces, such as the Sunburst Chain. SMETA-audited and recognised as a Benefit Company, it balances business with social impact. With 70+ employees (60% women), it offers permanent contracts, pensions, bonuses, free meals, fuel support, and health check-ups. Using 100% SCS-certified recycled silver and fully traceable materials, the factory recycles water in production and generates 180,000 kWh of solar energy annually (covering 15% of its needs). It also donates over $85,000 to local charities and youth sports.

THAILAND

Our Thailand factory has manufactured jewellery for 32+ years, working with Daisy for 13 and producing some of our first designs that are still loved today, such as the Marguerite Daisy Studs. SMETA-audited, it employs 400+ people on fair contracts, with above-minimum wages, bonuses, free meals, and transport. Committed to sustainability, it uses 100% SCS-certified recycled silver and gives back to local communities through children’s foundations and public defibrillator installations.

CHINA

Our bestselling jewellery cases are produced in China and personalised at our Hatton Garden studio.

The factory undergoes internationally respected annual audits, assessing employment rights, working conditions, wages, and staff treatment, as well as evaluating corruption and environmental impact. Employees report a highly positive experience and strong relationships with management, reflecting the factory’s commitment to ethical practices and a supportive workplace.
