Key Responsibilities
Social Planning:

- Lead Daisy’s organic social plan across all platforms in line with the wider marketing strategy.
- Own the content calendar, from planning through to publishing, scheduling and optimising.

- Bring the social point of view into shoot and campaign planning.
- Stay across platform updates, new features, formats and wider industry changes and trends.

Content Creation:

- Create engaging content native to each platform.
-Shoot, edit and build posts for reactive, trend-led and quick-turnaround moments.
-Direct and capture content on set and events true to the wider creative vision.
-Be comfortable in front of the camera when the content calls for it.

Brand & Community:

- Guard our tone of voice and visual identity across every post, caption and comment.
-Manage comments and DMs, keeping the community engaged day to day.
Source and pitch brand partners for regular competitions that grow our audience.
- Work with the Talent & Community Lead to ensure gifting moments and events become content, and creator content complements our own channels.
- Work with the Head of Marketing and Head of Digital to amplify launches, partnerships and key brand moments across other channels.

Team Management:

- Manage and develop the Design & Social Assistant across social content and design tasks, alongside the Creative Lead.
- Set clear briefs and priorities for day-to-day content, and hold quality and brand standards.

Reporting:

- Track reach, engagement, community growth, and contribution to traffic and revenue.
-Turn data into clear recommendations for future content, formats and tests.
- Agree channel KPIs and benchmarks with the Head of Marketing, presenting performance to wider teams and business directors weekly and monthly.

- Confidence with analytics, and the ability to turn numbers into a clear story.
- Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member.
-Organised, proactive and collaborative, with a good eye and care for the details.
- A natural problem-solver who always finds a way to make things work.
- A joined-up view of content, from shoot and edit to every channel it ends up on.
Benefits:

- Free jewellery piece every quarter.
- Access to exclusive sample sales.
-Opportunities for progression within a growing brand.
- Supportive and inclusive team culture.
- 28 days paid Annual leave including bank holidays + 2 days paid charitable leave.
