Our Materials
14ct Solid Gold
In 2024, we launched our first Fine Jewellery collection. Made from 14ct solid gold, tough enough to last a lifetime. Each piece is produced in a certified Green Factory with GEM Sustainability Certification and weighed to ensure you receive the exact amount of gold you've purchased.
18ct Gold Plate
Our 18ct gold pieces are layered using a method called ‘electrolysis’ the gold bonds to the base metal with a thickness that's far above industry standard, this ensures your pieces last for years to come. For pieces that are a bit more vulnerable to wear and tear, such as our thin band rings, we add a layer of e-coating to ensure the gold keeps glowing.
925 Recycled Sterling Silver
All our silver jewellery is made from a minimum of 92.5% solid silver, meaning it is stamped with a 925 hallmark. Our silver is 100% recycled and we ensure all our suppliers use certified recycled silver. We also add a layer of anti tarnish to ensure all pieces are long lasting.
Recycled Brass
Brass has been introduced as a base metal in order to make selected statement pieces more affordable. Our brass is sourced from trusted suppliers and produced in selected factories to ensure the highest-quality. All Daisy brass pieces have a layer of white bronze known for its resilience to all environments. To finish, we use ‘electrolysis’ to add our signature 18ct gold plate or 925 sterling silver - providing you with the best quality pieces at the best price.
Diamonds
All of our diamonds are lab-grown. Made of exactly the same materials as natural alternatives, our diamonds are produced in labs that mimic the conditions of stones developing naturally in the earth’s crust. High-quality, low-impact, all our diamonds are fully traceable.
White Sapphires
Our white sapphires are lab-grown, as luxe as diamonds, but even more affordable. A 9 on the Mohs hardness scale, they are one of the most durable precious stones for daily wear.
Pearls
We use freshwater pearls in the majority of our pearl pieces. Responsibly sourced to minimise impact on marine life, our freshwater pearls are cultivated in freshwater rivers and lakes. Some of our pearl pieces also feature shell pearls. These types of pearls are made from the inner lining of shells and are also known as mother of pearl. Ground, shaped then coated; shell pearls perfectly imitate those which are naturally formed. Designed with cost in mind, some of our pieces feature faux pearls. Made of acrylic or glass, these imitate natural pearls and look just as good as the real thing. We note in the details sections of our pearl pieces which are freshwater or faux pearls.
Gemstones
Our semi-precious and precious gemstones are all sourced from India. Working with one of the leading suppliers in Jaipur, all the gemstones we source are supplied by a fully sustainable factory which is a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council. Caring For Your Jewellery
How do I clean my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery clean by polishing every few months with a microfibre cloth, which can be found in our Jewellery Care Kit, along with a cleaning spray and soft brush. No chemicals should be used on gold plated jewellery. If you have silver jewellery you can use warm, soapy water - but be sure to let it dry after cleaning.
How do I prevent my jewellery from tarnishing?
Our jewellery is designed to be worn everyday but to keep it looking its best, make sure to remove it any time you wash, exercise or sanitise. Keep exposure to soaps, perfumes, lotions, oils and chlorine to a minimum and do not submerge your pieces in water for long periods of time.
How do I store my jewellery?
To ensure your jewellery looks its best store it in a clean and dry place, such as a jewellery box or a fabric-lined case. We advise keeping the same metals stored together as it helps prevent tarnishing. Explore our range of jewellery cases here.
How do I care for my stones?
Care for your gemstones, diamonds and pearls in exactly the same way as your other pieces. Ensure you store them properly, avoid chemical sprays, perfumes, fully submerging them in water and exposing them to bright light for a long period of time.
Do you offer re-plating?
Unfortunately we don’t offer a re-plating services but following our care and storage tips will help keep your jewellery looking its best.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a two year warranty on all of our jewellery pieces. Within this time, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing or material defects. If your item suffers a fault or breakage, please get in touch. It's worth noting our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage for improper use or storage.
