Which countries do you ship too?
We deliver worldwide! However, our couriers are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Côte d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, French Southern Territories, Grenada, Haiti, Heard & McDonald Islands, India, Lebanon, Nigeria, North Korea, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Romania, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Togo, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Venezuela.
Please note if you are shipping to the UAE we can only to deliver to PO boxes, not street addressees, so please enter your PO box number as the first line of your address at our checkout for it to be delivered successfully.
For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise your delivery will not be successful.
Do I need to sign for my order?
To ensure the safest delivery we send all UK shipments on fully tracked + signed services, so you will be required to sign for your parcel. Should you not be home to sign for it, you will be able to re-arrange your delivery to a better time or collect from your local depot.
What are your Christmas returns period?
Any purchases made from 1st November until 25th December will have until 31st January to exchange or return any unworn jewellery. Please note that we cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons.
How do I return my Daisy jewellery?
We understand you might have needed a little time to see if your new jewellery is perfect for you. If it isn't quite right you can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons. All UK purchases have free returns, all you need to do is email email@example.com quoting your order number and we will email you a free returns label and further instructions to complete your return. All international returns can be sent back within 30 days of arriving with you - unfortunately the delivery is not free of charge at the moment, but we are working on it! We aim to process all returns within 10 working days (upon receiving your return).
How will the UK leaving the EU effect my delivery?
We’ve made important changes to our delivery terms to reduce delays where possible. Please note there may still be delays to countries in the EU, due to ongoing changes taking place in customs. Unfortunately, these issues will continue until further negotiations have been made. We’re monitoring the situation carefully and we will update you here when we have more information. Will I be charged duties and taxes if I live outside the UK?
You may find that you’ve had to pay extra in duties when your delivery arrives. Our team is working hard to prevent this from happening, however if you have been charged more we’re very happy to arrange a refund, simply contact us at email@example.com and we’ll get this sorted for you.
