Monday Masterclass | Ruth Bewsey On ‘How To Style’ Daisy Bloom

For our first Monday Masterclass, we sat down with none other than Ruth Bewsey, Daisy’s Creative Director, with her wonderful assistant Lola to talk us through one our favourite collection drops, Daisy Bloom. Inspired by the wild and free spirit of the ‘60s Summer Of Love, this eight piece capsule range is all about feeling free to just be. To dance like no one’s watching and sing like no one’s listening.

Because whatever you’re doing and wherever you’re doing it. Do it in Daisy.

Listen Up For Earrings...

From which piercing to wear your earrings, to layering to mixing and matching with other pieces: here’s how to style our namesake collection, Daisy Bloom. Starting with... the ears!

An advocate of the earring stack, Ruth recommends wearing the small but perfectly formed Daisy Bloom Huggies in your third piercing—if you have one. Otherwise your first or second work too. But for an earring stack with attitude, she recommends our Daisy Bloom Huggie Earrings in your third piercing, the Daisy Bloom Drop Huggies in your second, and either the Daisy Bloom Double Hoop Huggies or Daisy Bloom Drop Earrings in your first piercing for a little extra sparkle.

Time To Layer Up With Necklaces...

Honestly? We wouldn’t normally wear one collection in one ear stack (there are too many gems to choose from!) but this Daisy Bloom triple stack is so gorgeously retro, with the triple flower motif, we’re making an exception.

The Daisy Bloom collection includes two gorgeous pendants, the Daisy Mini Pendant Necklace, for carefree everyday styling and the Daisy Bloom Medallion Necklace. The hardest part is picking a favourite. The mini pendant, sits on an 18 inch chain, but you can use the slider to wear it as long as 20 inches or style it as a choker necklace—for some seriously ‘60s styling—whilst the medallion pendant, is a little chunkier, and sits on an 18 inch chain. We probably wouldn’t wear the pair together. Ruth recommends layering them with the Estée Lalonde Parallel Snake Chain Necklace. Two necklaces for the price of one, it’s styling made simple.

Put A Ring On It

Put a ring (or three) on those fingers and create your own Daisy Bloom ring stack. This collection features two totally different rings, from the chunky and timeless Daisy Bloom Signet Ring (you can never go wrong with a signet ring) to the Daisy Crown Band Ring—a flower crown in ring form. For the ultimate floral ring stack, stack them with our Iota Daisy Ring.
